Fall Bazaar 2025 Information

Bazaar: Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
Preview Night: Friday, November 21, 2025, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm
Set Up: Friday, November 21, 2025, from 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Saturday morning setup is also possible, but Friday is preferred.
Application Deadline: Wednesday, September 10, 2025
Space and Table Fees: Each space (measuring 8' x 2.5') is offered for a flat fee of $100. You may apply for up to two spaces. You may request a free table with each space.
Commission: WWS collects 15% of your gross sales at the end of the Bazaar.

To be considered for a vendor slot, please complete this form by Wednesday, September 10, 2025.

Applications will not be reviewed until payment is received. In the service of space and balance of offerings, submission of your application form and space fee does not guarantee your participation in the Bazaar. Should we not be able to accommodate your application this year, we will issue refunds by Friday, November 7, 2025.

Vendor Description

Vendors New to WWS Bazaar: Please share a detailed description of your goods. If you do not have a website or social media handle, please email photos to bazaar@washingtonwaldorf.org. Please Note: We do expect all offerings will be appropriate for a school-aged audience to view.

Preview Night Sign Up(Required)

Setup is Friday, November 21, 2025, from 3:00 to 6:00pm. Saturday morning setup is also possible, but Friday is preferred. Your space assignment may depend on whether or not you participate in Preview Night.

Location Requests

WWS provides tables, spaces, and outlets. Vendors should bring tablecloths, extension cords, display items, and accounting materials. Please note any location requests, such as proximity to an outlet for electricity. We will do our best to accommodate any requests.

Extended Vendor Shopping

We are considering extending vendor shopping for up to an hour beyond other Bazaar activities. Are you interested in extending the time?

By participating in the Washington Waldorf School Bazaar, the artist/vendor agrees to abide by the rules and policies of the Washington Waldorf School Bazaar and hold the School blameless for any loss, damage, or injury to the person or their goods. By participating in the Bazaar, I give the School permission to use my likeness and images of my work (image, video, audio) in the School’s publications, on the School’s website or social media sites and for outside print, television, and media coverage related to the School. Please sign below to acknowledge and accept.

Please send me information on advertising in the Bazaar program. If you buy an ad by Sept 10 and receive a free ad in our Spring Gala program.
