Consent(Required) I certify that I have read the Summer Camp Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form, fully understand its contents, and agree to its terms.Cancellation & Refund Policies WWS and the summer camp instructors reserve the right to cancel any camp due to lack of enrollment or for any other reasons. If WWS or the instructor cancels the camp, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations requested by COB March 26, 2026 will get a full refund less a $50 administrative fee per camper. Cancellations requested by COB April 30, 2026 will get a 50% refund less a $50 administrative fee per camper. No refund is available for cancellations after COB April 30, 2026. There are no refunds for missed days of camp. Use of Likeness Release Unless Parents/Guardians provide written notice to communications@washingtonwaldorf.org, Parents/Guardians give the School permission to use the camper's likeness (image, video, audio) in the School’s publications, on the School’s website or social media sites and for outside print, television, and media coverage related to the School.
