Lilli grew up in Switzerland, attending different Waldorf Schools from kindergarten to high school. She holds degrees in Education and Special Education from universities in Switzerland. During her studies, she worked in many different institutions, including an orphanage in Burkina Faso, a Waldorf kindergarten in the UK, a home for people with special needs and a daycare center for young children in Switzerland.
After studying, Lilli worked as a kindergarten teacher at the Max Stibbe Waldorf School in South Africa, before her daughter was born. Back in Switzerland, where her son was born, she worked as an educational support teacher in two kindergartens. Later, she worked as a class teacher in a school for children with special needs. Now, a new adventure has started here in Washington for her and her family and she is thrilled to become an active member of this caring and wonderful community.
