Dykeem is pursuing a graduate degree in Arts Management at American University in Washington, D.C. After earning his Bachelor of Music in Performance from the Eastman School of Music in 2024, he has worked across fundraising, programming, and education. At the Kennedy Center’s Music Education Department, he contributed to family concerts, professional development initiatives, and community programs that reach youth and families throughout Washington, D.C. and internationally. As Development Database Coordinator at Washington Waldorf School, he manages daily data entry, reporting, and development activities to help the school meet its fundraising goals. Outside of work, Dykeem is an avid soccer fan and is a founding member of the Virginia-based saxophone quartet, Øra nØir.
