Amina Trotter-Lockett
Middle School Art Teacher / Nursery Assistant Teacher
Amina was born in Nashville, Tennessee. She later moved to Chicago, where she pursued her education at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Here she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts. Before moving to D.C, she served as the First Grade Assistant at the Linden Waldorf School in Nashville. Outside of teaching, she loves quilt making, hiking and exploring local art museums & galleries.
