Nayeli Vargas

Mousa Mansour is from Northen Virginia, born in 2002 to two Arab parents. Mousa was fortunate as a child to spend his time learning and appreciating many different cultures. The high school years brought a new hunger in Mousa, and that was a hunger to cook. During his senior year, Mousa would make his classmates fried chicken sandwiches. What started as a fun hobby turned into a time consuming grind where Mousa would do prep work the night before and wake up at 5 am just to fulfil all the orders. Despite the itch to cook, Mousa decided to pursue marketing in VCU, where he spent 4 years. During his college years, Mousa found part time work in retail, fast food, and delivery.

After a start in an office, Mousa decided he needed to pivot to truly enjoy what he does for a living. Deciding that the best memories and moments in life come with a good meal, Mousa has now devoted his life to good people and good food.
