Summer Renault-Steele

Summer was raised in Canada, and moved to the US on full scholarship to attend graduate school. She has since taught interdisciplinary humanities for over a decade in post-secondary education, most recently at Bard Early College DC and George Washington University. After many years engaging deeply with Waldorf pedagogy as a parent, she decided to pursue credentials at Sunbridge Institute’s Waldorf High School Teacher Education Program. She is also a certified yoga instructor, and the mother of two children at Washington Waldorf School.
