Stories & Stitches (Ages 9-12)
In this camp, students will learn the basics of hand embroidery and work on the hoop project together. They will also learn the building blocks of storytelling—character, plot, setting, conflict, beginnings, and endings—and practice by writing your own stories and sharing them with other campers. At the end of the camp, your child will take home a customized journal with a piece of embroidery they worked on and a therapeutic story to help them encounter the challenges they face.
