Cancellation & Refund Policies

WWS and the summer camp instructors reserve the right to cancel any camp due to lack of enrollment or for any other reasons.
If WWS or the instructor cancels the camp, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Cancellations requested by April 14, 2023 will get a refund less a $100 deposit per camper.
No refund is available for cancellations after April 14, 2023.
There are no refunds for missed days of camp.
Registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Christen Leonard at camps@washingtonwaldorf.org.

Camp Description

For this week of biking, all riders must have well tuned bikes and helmets, and carry their own water and lunch and money for extra snacks. This week will be geared (!) towards riders that are looking for a leisurely cruise around the DC area on our excellent local bike trails and paths. We will determine a comfortable pace that the group can all enjoy, but will take our time and stop to smell the roses! We will spend one afternoon at the Little Falls Pool, always be on the lookout for ice cream stands, see the changing of the guard at the tomb of the unknown soldier, and do the Go Ape zipline tour on Friday afternoon to finish the week. We will need a couple parent volunteers to pay $50 so we have one adult per two kids on the zipline to act as safety backups per Go Ape regulations.

Minimum 6 campers.

Limit 10 campers.
