Camp Description

A week of creativity – students will start the week with a bundle of wool. From there, they will learn to use a drop spindle to transform the wool into yarn. They will then dye their yarn using an indigo dye they make themselves. The week will finish with them crocheting a small animal to bring home. Throughout the week, they will hear stories about fiber arts and contemplate how they are woven into human existence.
