Calligraphy Art Wiz (Rising Grades 5-8)

Combining alphabets and writing styles with drawing and painting motifs allow students to explore Celtic, French, Italic, Fraktur, and Egyptian art and expression. Students will explore concepts of sacred geometry, math, and scientific research to understand the complexities of each style and region. Extraordinary tie-ins unique to Allana’s lifetime of weaving the cultural significance bring a depth and fast pace to this fun and challenging camp. Originality, self-expression, and spirited discussions are an integral part of our explorations. Cursive review and tips and fun exercises for consistency and improving the feel of writing and results.
