After School Program Information

Children's Garden After School Enrollment Form

Children’s Garden – Grade 1 Aftercare (3-6 p.m.):
5 days/week: $1,400/semester, $2,800/full year.

After 6 p.m. Late fee of $10 plus $1/minute.

Lower School After School Program Enrollment Form

WWS offers an After School Program that runs from 3-6 p.m. on school days, and on select half-days. There is an extra charge for this program (prices are listed below), and it is open to enrolled students from Children's Garden (CG) to 8th grade. First grade and CG students are in a separate After School Program located in the CG classrooms & playground.

At 3:15, any CG and Lower School (LS) students that are still in the building or on the school grounds who do not have direct adult supervision will be signed into their particular After School Program. The daily capacity for grades 2nd to 8th is 20 students and for CG/1st grade it is 10 students. Both programs include a light snack and a variety of activities that meet the interests of the children. If you are interested in using the After School program, please contact your child's CG or LS coordinator or the After School Director, Esther Doyle.

The After School Program is mandatory for children Grades K-6 who are here on campus after 3:15. This does not mean that Grades 7th and 8th cannot go to aftercare, it means that they are able to leave campus after dismissal if they have a parent’s permission to do so and are not returning to school.

After School Enrichment Programs

This year we are offering a couple of After School enrichment opportunities. Within the description of each is the contact/registration information.

(Late Fee: $5.00 per minute after 6:00 p.m.)
